Earl is a qualified Executive Coach (Irish Management Institute). He also has a degree in Law, an MPhil in Peace Studies and qualifications in Theology.
He has been an Honorary Fellow of INCORE (University of Ulster), and is a part time member of staff at Maynooth University.
Before establishing Topstorey Communications in 2008 he was Director of an all-island project – described as one of the most substantial initiatives of its kind to have taken place in Ireland.
Earl has been in leadership roles for over 30 years, in both jurisdictions in Ireland. He is experienced with non-profit, academic and faith-based organisations. He has worked with leaders in Ireland, Rwanda, Nigeria and Wales.
As a writer he is a published author – his book featuring in the Ireland section of World Book Day 2003. He has been a weekly newspaper columnist, as well as having edited an all-Ireland monthly publication.
